Most landscape problems are site problems that were never looked for. Water that has nowhere to go. Fill soil with construction rubble a foot down. A boundary wall that throws shade over the only place a lawn would have worked.
What the visit covers
- Soil: texture, depth, and whether anything will root in it without replacement
- Drainage and the low points water actually collects in
- Sun and shade through the day, noted by zone
- Access — what size vehicle can reach the site, which decides how material arrives
- Existing trees worth keeping, and what protecting them costs
You get a written report with photographs and a sketch layout. It is the cheapest stage of any project and the one that saves the most later.
