Guests do not see a resort as a plan. They see it as a sequence: the gate, the walk from the car, the first view of the water, the path back to the room at night. The landscape either carries that sequence or works against it.
What we plan
- Arrival and reception approach, where first impressions are made or lost
- Pathways wide enough for two people and lit for walking after dark
- Pool and deck planting that gives shade without dropping into the water
- Room-to-room screening, so privacy does not depend on distance alone
- Back-of-house routes kept out of guest sightlines
Phased so that occupied blocks stay usable while later ones are built, with each phase finished rather than left open.
